I was talking about merging all of the changes to 4x to get it ready
for release back into 5.0.
A branch at this point seems unnecessary and just causes a lot of
extra work up until 4.0 is released.
If someone does want to work on a large 5.0 feature *right now* as
opposed to working on 4.0, then they can create a branch and merge
that later.
