That's true, but probably this Jira should focus in using the available 
ComplexPhraseQueryParser and there should be another Jira (a Lucene one) to fix 
that problem. The parser was moved for a reason and if we use a duplicated 
version of the parser in a different package (the old one) this will never be 
committed.
