It might be LUCENE-1486 or a new Lucene Jira, but what I say is that it should 
not be fixed in this issue. What I'm proposing is to only provide the necessary 
classes in Solr to be able to work with the current version of 
ComplexPhraseQueryParser, even if it is limited in some aspects. Once the 
ComplexPhraseQueryParser is improved we'll get those improvements in Solr 
(either automatically or by improving something from this side).
