hmm, i think when i referred to 'code dup' it was to having
TYPE_UNSTORED/TYPE_STORED... not how these are actually calculated in static
blocks.
I think we should not have TYPE but keep it as TYPE_UNSTORED? Its confusing.
There really isnt a default, just one ctor that has a default, and actually, I
think we should nuke that?
Older lucene versions have to specify the Store and users are used to this
already... I think the default ctor is confusing!!!!
