I like all those ideas! New patch:
* Keeps XXXField.TYPE_UNSTORED naming
* Use pre-existing Field.Store enum (great to have that API continuity)
* Nukes default XXXField ctor (you now must provide Field.Store.YES/NO)
* Adds LTC.newString/TextField (the numeric fields are still a future TODO).
