I also don't want the files in the distribution ZIP, and currently they are
listed in the distribution ZIP's test-framework folder (and this is why the
smoke tester fails)! Because of that I proposed to have a separate lib folder
that is never zipped (to WAR but also not to bin-tgz/bin-zip).
