To Dmitriy's point re 'explicitly certified as public and stable api,' ... I
guess I'm also asking that the commandline interface be also considered as
something that needs this same status metadata, since external tools and
workflows are starting to use it as an intergration point. If the names or
meaning of bin/mahout's sub-commands and options is stable vs experimental,
this is very useful for other people to know...
