I'm getting the thrice damned missing snappy problem. Did you see that?
The way we were doing the shell always seemed suspicious along with how we
launch Spark jobs. Using the methods Spark uses we'd use spark-sumit for jobs
and load our extension into their shell via the REPL, not linking to it like a
lib.
What a mess. Sounds like back to 1.1.1 and hold.
Do we know if we are binary compatible with 1.3 so built for 1.1.1 but running
on 1.3?
Maybe time to ask [~sowen] what's the course forward?
