Some info: my procedure for reproducing:
1. start up MCF and start a Job.
2. see Simple History and it shows SOLR REJECTs sometimes.(Sometimes There is
no SOLR REJECTs.)
3. Click "Re-ingest all associated documents" in Solr connection as soon as the
Job is completed.
4. start the Job immediately after #3
5. see Simple History and it shows SOLR REJECTs many times.
