Ahmet Arslan commented on CONNECTORS-616:
-----------------------------------------
Hi Shinichiro,
This reminded my that Mac OSX has ip v6 enabled by default and using
htt://localhost:8983/solr type URLs are slow to resolve. Solr's replication
test failing or taking long time on macosx only. They switched to use 127.0.0.1
instead of localhost and problem solved. May be you are hitting this too. This
mac osx specific thing. You may get speedup if you use ip addresses in solr
connector definitions.
