i wasn't sure if it mattered or not since they are downloaded automatically
from the dropbox site during the make-deps command. it seemed legit because,
like the other connector libraries which aren't packaged, they are gotten from
a publicly available site. though with these licenses it seems that there won't
be a problem : )
