The svn commit will probably fail anyway, because credentials will be required
for it. I don't have any idea how to give Jenkins credentials that can be used
to commit to svn. It might be worth posting a question to infra to find our
how they recommend that we do this.
Feel free to modify the python script to comment out the svn commit part. You
can even commit that change, if necessary - requiring the site publisher to do
the svn commit themselves does not seem like too great a burden.
