I drilled into trunk/build/releases/trunk, and noted that while there is a
dist/doc/api directory, there is no dist/doc contents other than that. So it
appears that when you build trunk you are executing only "ant javadoc" and not
"ant doc". That explains why the rest of trunk's site is missing.
