But Forrest *must* already be there, or nothing would have worked, since the
outer-level site is built with Forrest too, and that seemed to work. I think
it is just that the environment variable is missing, but "forrest.bat" or
"forrest.sh" is already in the path. (We "hack" forrest in order to get
Japanese fonts to be created correctly; this requires an environment variable
that points at forrest accurately. It may even exist already at the outer
level, but when "ant doc javadoc" is invoked on trunk, it doesn't get
transmitted for some reason. Maybe there is something I need to do in the ant
call to make that work.)
