Ok, I added this to the main site build.xml file (r1493034). It seems to work,
at least insofar as it builds Forrest and uses it for the main site. I'm still
waiting for it to get far enough so I can tell if it properly passes the
location of the built Forrest into the release build, but I should know that
shortly.
I'll kick off a new Jenkins build now.
