I tested this out, and made a number of fixes, but am still stuck here:
/rest/api/2/user/viewissue/search?username&issueKey&projectKey&startAt&maxResults
It appears that "username" is a required argument. If I pass in username=, it
accepts it, but returns an empty list (at least for Apache Jira). Either that
means that ALL users are allowed to see it, or means that we don't yet
understand how to invoke this part of the API.
