Yes, I did exactly what you wrote. It's my first open source project
contribution and I haven't read this

writing here. I started modifying this plugin based on the version which I've
found in MCF release, haven't looked into SVN repo, and usually work using
github - that's why I used github instead of SVN.
I've just modified it to support multiple user/domain tuples and commited it to
github.
Of course I agree to compromise that you propose. I'm open to help you with it
if you want.
