Hi [~supersyn]: Looks good.
I've committed all the code. It would be great if you could confirm that the
checked-in plugin code works as intended, and that the README.txt is correct.
Once I get a sign-off, I'll cut a release artifact and put it up for a vote.
Thanks again! This will be a big help for those people integrating MCF with ES.
