We need to Zapp the org from OpenOffice.org it seems is half-beating.

We need to stop asking for opinions and just do it. A lot of people think this
is a dumbocracy and is NOT, is a meritocracy. The difference is that in a
dumbocracy you need to ask a lot of dumb people and count them in. In a
meritocracy you just do it first and then the dumb people will bash on you or
greet you on your work. The difference is that things get done!!!

Just for the record I did already took this idea and implemented in the spanish
project and we will soon have about 4 other OpenOffice.org-like sites providing
the dynamic server script needed for people to go in.

Agree site hasn't change at all. Not even an agenda has been stablished.
- Homepage is still looks old
- Testing of OOo 2.0alpha has been so so
- OOoArt hasn't really picked up
- Communication still fragmented between projects
- Contributions has been rather slow (new developments)

Negativity is not the problem, we can have people that are always pesimistic,
they are usually good in security fields. :D The issue is actually
PRODUCTIVITY what bothers me.

This rants are going to affect me and label me as a radical but the way I see it
is that I havent seen many people stepping up BUT stepping down of the community
and thats something that is really terrifiying. We are loosing the .org for the
constant shutting down of ideas.
