You mean Sun Standard? I am setting up a workshop to show kids how great Open Software is. It includes showing them Eclipse. I just installed gcc and it's buddies and ended up removing the Java part. Things stopped working after the FSF's Java was installed. I did not try to get things working, that would defeat the goal of showing how the kids can use OSS.
