Where is that site hosted? Is it a wiki? What do you use to run it
(software)? Is it easier to manage than SourceCast? Just being curious.
Oh! I see it's runing PmWiki. Great stuff! I think that's an excellent
choice. This is the same Wiki we use for the OD Fellowship. Do all the
Marcons have edit access to that wiki?
I see it has a Creative Commons license. I love CC licenses. I'd like to
comment, since I've participated in the Creative Commons lists. A lot of
people don't like the "non-commercial" clause because the word
"commercial" is so elusive, which in turn means that people often can't
be sure if their use is allowed or not. The usual advice is to just not
use the NC clause. Personally I recommend the BY-SA license (same
license you have, without the NC).
Besides that nit-pick, I think it's great that Marketing has a new site
outside CollabNet. Is the marketing project working to replace
'marketing.openoffice.org' by 'ooosmp.homelinux.org' ? I think migration
is a very positive move by Marketing, yay!
How can marketing volunteers get access to this wiki? When do you expect
that the entire Marketing site will be a wiki?
Best,
Daniel.
