It looks like it's just a site for the SMP.  Which is weird because
according to this page:

The marketing plan should have already been approved, as off 11.5
months ago.  In which case, it does not need to be an editable site -
it should be static.  It's a a 5 year plan, so the goals shouldn't
change - not for the 5-year plan, anyway.  Other marketing plans
should be able to change, of course, but not an approved 5-year plan. 
But, that's just my opinion, anyway.

Again, I don't think it's a "Sign of things to come" - it looks like
it was choosen as the easiest way to make the plan interactive when it
was being developed (a year and a half ago).  Odd that now is the
first time the Lord Grand-Puba Emperor of OpenOffice.org (ie Daniel)
is just now seeing the site.
