Minor correction: Friends of OpenDocument Inc (FoOD) is not a company limited by guarantee, because that would have cost over $1000 AUD to set up. It is an "incorporated association", which cost a bit over $100 AUD to register. However, the result is much the same: an organisation that is allowed to make money but not give it to the members.
