Your remember wrong, sorry. Cristian Driga was not involved in the
server at all. I came up with the idea, did the work, wrote the code,
and hosted the vote.
You may be confused by the fact that Cristian has maintained *other*
votes for other things. But this was was by me. It was based on the code
I wrote for the vote in the Education project (the one that chose Otto).
Right. There was, AFAICT, Prague, Berlin, and Hakone...
There was no Berlin.
