That seems to be a re-packaging of the whole suite. Using the whole suite not only takes a lot of work, but a lot of space. Making an add-on to an existing install might be easier and multi-platform.

Many (most?) K12 sites are probably going to either have OOo already or want to install it their own way. In cases like that, a platform independent add-on might have more acceptance.

Educ list back in November.  ...

Some things take a while to soak in. ;) If there is interest, then it would be relevant to both the marketing and education lists.
