During this we faced lot of queries and problems from clients and users. Most common is non uniformity. When we talk to any client about application they require. They ask for features like: 1. Application should be web enabled. 2. If possible there should one password requirement. 3. Customisable. 4. Localised 5. Easy installation. 6. Regular support. 7. Easy updation
After talking to many users i think if thunder bird can have following features, this will be a great product: 1. Thunderbird, Firefox, Openoffice should in integrated. 2. Instant Messanger should be integrated. 3. Group calendering should be integrated I will explain all what i mentioned above, send me your views.
