1. Thunderbird, Firefox, Openoffice should in integrated.
as far as I know there are plans to do so, yes. :-) I don't know the roadmap, though, but don't expect a too tight integration for OOo 3.0.
2. Instant Messanger should be integrated. 3. Group calendering should be integrated
