Not particulary, but I can write some tips or answer questions if
someone else is willing to do the writing.

Most of the cinelerra community have written down some guides also, so
I'll just be duplicating efforts here.

ShowMeDo has some resources on how to make screencasting in Linux,
OSX, and even Windows.
