thanks for the information! I only had a quick look, but it's great to see that courts seem to support our trademark. I've seen other opinions and decisions, where only the full trademark (with .org) could be a trademark violation. Decisions such as the above might help in getting Google to stop that AdWord bullshit leading to download fraud. Hope so.
