We can look at that after the summer. Skype is very constraining and not what could be called secure.

However, be aware that e.g. people joining from companies need to use a
regular phone as they cannot use outgoing SIP in many cases, so we need
a solution that fits both.

There are dial-in capabilities for SIP, but that like with other protocols is dependent on the host/exchange for the conference. Maybe when school starts the is a group that wants to take on setting up Asterisk for us.
