Hi all,

if I trim down the NOTICE files according to the rules we defined (i.e.
only what is strictly required), most NOTICE files, especially the one of
the source distribution will again be mostly back to the default. Only the
LICENSE files will contain the necessary information about included files.

I have pushed the changes to the GIT repository and added a tag
"check-license-notice" for you to check. I will remote this again before we
perform the next release candidate.

Do you all agree on this change?

Greetings,

Sebastian
