Ok, so here is what we are going to do (to be on the safe side):

in the binary distributions (-ldpath, -installer, -webapp):
we will include copyright statements for each included library and copy
over the contents of their NOTICE file if it exists; most licenses require
attribution anyways, and in the few cases they do not it is probably not
such a problem

in the source distribution:
we include all copyrights of the source files we include in the
distribution (these are just a few and already mentioned in the LICENSE
text)

Do you agree with this approach?
