I argue that touching a JIRA is taking responsibility. If you ask for a
test case or clarification, you should at least be prepared to make a
significant effort to resolve it if the OP coughs something up.
Probably, yes but we have the 'Assign' button. That should clearly
indicate whether I am interested/able to solve that issue. From my point
if view, if someone wants an issue fixed quick, provide information
upfront, better yet a patch. This is what I do in non-Maven projects.
