Although I am signing off on the report, I want to draw your attention to the Incubator branding guidelines noted in [1]. Specifically, the Incubator places severe restrictions on what can be publicly announced when the project is incubating. I call this out because I see the mention of TheServerSide.com and InfoQ.com.
