My vote is for MinaByteBuffer. Name it for what it is. ExtendedByteBuffer is hard to rationalize since the class does not extend a ByteBuffer. WrappedByteBuffer is OK, but we already have a ByteBufferWrapper. This could be confusing. MINADataBuffer would be my second choice.
