I agree with Alex.  +1 for org.apache.ftpserver and org.apache.asyncweb
for groupIds.

As far as artifactIds go, I like 'mina-filter-codec-http' since it's
descriptive of what that code is doing.  For ahc and asyncweb, I think
simplest is best.  Something like 'http-client' and 'http-server' is
simple, concise, and descriptive.

I haven't written any code for asyncWeb or ahc so take my suggestions
with a grain of salt.
