Imho, we should just document that as a defect and not wait for a new
release of Mina to fix that.
I don't even think this would require any code change in ftpserver as
the problem seems really related to mina.
Adding a line in the readme to state that suspend / resume does not
behave perfectly on some platforms would lead to a +1 from me.
