Imho, we should just document that as a defect and not wait for a new
release of Mina to fix that.

the problem seems really related to mina.
Adding a line in the readme to state that suspend / resume does not
behave perfectly on some platforms would lead to a +1 from me.
I agree. As soon as it's fully documented as a bug when doing a
suspend/resume on a mac, then we are golden.
As soon as the bug is fixed in MINA, we can release a 1.0.1. Anyway,
MINA 2.0.0 must be released in the next few weeks, and that mean we must
fix this bug - among others -.
