Hi Mnemonic contributors and PMCs,

As the benefits of non-volatile memory technology are very limited on its
own, we may need to consider developing some applications to present it,
such as ML/AI. so I would like to call a vote to make a community wide
decision on this new direction for Mnemonic, please vote, and we can
definitely do further discussion on it after it, thanks.

Please vote accordingly,

[] +1 approve
[] +0 no opinion
[] -1 disapprove with a reason

Thank you all for your participation.

Best,
Gordon
