Well, you can define the VKB layout as you like. And could send me back a copy 
of that so that it might help us to know better how to define good layout for 
Japanese ;)

Btw, please try to not just copy hardware keyboard's layout to VKB, for MID's 
screen is limited and only a few key can be utilized.
