wget (or curl)
<http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/10/Everything/i386/os/Packages/xchat-2.8.6-3.fc10.i386.rpm>
then:
dpkg -i --no-gpg-check xchat-2.8.6-3.fc10.i386.rpm
and it will install like a charm (maybe you will need some dependencies..)
