I thought it would be good to leave the index.html as informative, and
leave the plugin detail to the plugins.html page.  Though if folks feel
strong about having the plugins list on the index.html I can move them.

Anyways, lemme know what ya think.  I'd like to commit this and update the
site sometime next week.
