Aighty... well, with the new SSL cert, all seem happy again (actually
for some reason installing that other rootca did the trick too, which
I still don't really understand).
But either way, mvn deploy is happy again... and I'd like to finish
this up and push our the first revision of the new plugin list.
Yes, I know there are a few concerns/comments on this... but I'd like
to push this out and we can update/augment/enhance the document going
forward.
