There has been a deployment error in general. The jars where available at
xmlbeans/xmlbeans, but since version 2.2.0 the poms claimed to live in group
org.apache.xmlbeans (MEV-535). So now they are at the correct place
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/xmlbeans/xmlbeans/. It might be good
though to provide some relocation poms at the old location, since this would
fix the problem for the xmlbeans-plugin(s) in version 2.2.0 and 2.3.0.
However, no idea why there is an additional xmlbeans:xbeans:2.2.0 verion in the
repo at all.
