BTW, we did already some releases of our own artifacts using the
xmlbeans-plugins at Maven central. Since those reference the xmlbeans artifact
at the old location, this problem is for us quite CRITICAL, since after a
cleanup of our proxy cache the old releases are suddenly broken and cannot be
rebuild anymore.
