Carlos agreed, the repo pom is corrupt in the sense that the groupId is not
consistent w/ the actual location for the files.
Everyone, I will perform a new release in a few hours for a 2.2.1 and 2.3.1
xmlbeans maven plugin and let the group know when it is done.
