The axistools it seems. The base directory of the wsdl2java-maven-plugin
contains a file named DEPRECATED explicitly pointing at the axistools.
And indeed, there wasn't any real activity on the code base since 2005.
So, I believe you better continue to hack on the axistools thing ;-)
If nobody objects, we should also consider to delete
wsdl2java-maven-plugin from trunk. It's a snapshot plugin and hasn't had
any releases. If deletion seems to hard, it should at least be moved
back into the sandbox.
