The root cause is listed in the Jira issue, but I don't have a solution
yet. If you have a fix that can be ready quickly, then I say add it;
otherwise, I recommend moving forward with the current 2.3-SNAPSHOT.
The dashboard plugin have v1.0 released, but it lists steps to manually
install a patch in order to use TagList with Dashboard. As a maven user, I
get annoyed when I cannot use a plugin without manually installing
components. :)
If we decide not to fix MTAGLIST-32, then we should probably add a FAQ item
describing the workaround of switching the order in the pom.xml.
