The story so far:
* May 15th - after submitting the 2nd Patch Mark reviewed and tested it. It
looked good for him. He missed only "skip the execution of the plugin for poms
with type 'pom'"
* May 17th - Mark noticed licence problems: Macker is only GPL (without
ClassPath Exception) and must not be called from a ASL licensed plugin. Only
with a forked jvm commandline as done in the cobertura plugin. He mailed the
Macker developers and stopped working on the issue.
* May 18th - I notived a bug in the Macker plugin when run with Sonar, because
'classesDirectory' is @readonly but written by Sonar.
* June 13th - Macker developers agree to write the plugin themselves. But
things are taking too long for me. I started working on forking the Macker call.
