Sorry, but I need you to attach a discrete patch for each issue; otherwise it
is very hard to review anything. This is easier with a distributed VCS but you
should be able to prepare some sort of patch queue on top of Subversion as
well. (And do not paste diffs inline; create a patch file which you can verify
applies cleanly against trunk, and attach it.)
